With 5 years of dedicated experience in hardware and product engineering, Vibhanshu heads our R&D and product development division. He leads the continuous optimization of our proprietary DC-first and smart thermal technologies.

Holding a B.Arch and a Master’s in Design with 8 years of industry experience, Riya joined CIBOS in 2024. She leverages her strategic design thinking to head marketing, sales, and core operations, driving both brand growth and seamless organizational execution.

Holding an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, Mayur translates our technology into on-ground impact. He manages day-to-day deployment logistics, ensuring smooth field execution and scale-up across diverse geographies.

An industry veteran with 15 years of specialized experience in the clean cooking sector. Sameer spearheads CIBOS’s manufacturing scalability, factory setups, and the development of resilient, cost-effective supply chain networks.
