​Holding a B.Arch and a Master’s in Design with 8 years of industry experience, Riya joined CIBOS in 2024. She leverages her strategic design thinking to head marketing, sales, and core operations, driving both brand growth and seamless organizational execution.

​An industry veteran with 15 years of specialized experience in the clean cooking sector. Sameer spearheads CIBOS’s manufacturing scalability, factory setups, and the development of resilient, cost-effective supply chain networks.

With 5 years of dedicated experience in hardware and product engineering, Vibhanshu heads our R&D and product development division. He leads the continuous optimization of our proprietary DC-first and smart thermal technologies.

​Holding an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, Mayur translates our technology into on-ground impact. He manages day-to-day deployment logistics, ensuring smooth field execution and scale-up across diverse geographies.
